Head of Process Quality, Laboratory and Technical Assistance - South America BU.New Business Development, acting as a Key account partner towards new categories development and shared projects, focusing on customer performance improvement. Head of Business Excellence and Processes Performance - South America BUI Led the Corporate team of Business Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Engineers from BU South America, developing training programs to conduct and lead projects for continuous improvement and performance recovery. Perform Annual Corporate Process and Lean Audit, in addition to projects shared with customers and suppliers.Major Accomplishments• Redesign the Strategy, Structure of Resident Specialists, and the position plan of the BU.• Implementation of a Routine Management system based on Shopfloor Management, adapted from the automotive industry.• Develop a Six Sigma Green Belts Training Program, with savings projects of around a million dollars.• Responsible for driving the team to implement a new Business Intelligence system using the QlikSense Platform to Improve production throughput · Better understand plant operations, approaching the actuals versus standards for all your critical KPIs

Porto Alegre Area, Brazil

Industrial plant manufacturing and logistics Operation [CAPEX and OPEX]. Responsible for supplying Chile and Argentina, and the Southern region of Brazil. Main Deliveries:• Positive change in the historical level of production volume by 30% and cost by 45%.• Setup and commissioning to provide a new packaging format.• Customization and Implementation of the first Routine Management system, based on Shopfloor Management, adapted from the automotive industry.• Technical development through a Green Belt project of a new configuration of the aluminum alloy used in manufacturing.

Resende Area, Brazil

Industrial manufacturing operation located in Itatiaia [CAPEX and OPEX] - RJ. Plant with 450 employees directly connected to significant automakers and was responsible for supplying passenger tires to South America. One of the first three countries to have a fully automated tire manufacturing system (industry 4.0).Main Deliveries:• Ramp-up of the GreenField Project in 12 months (reaching the budgeted production curve, eight months ahead of schedule).• We achieved, in one of our manufacturing lines, the second-best performance on the planet.• 60% reduction in assembly waste through the Green Belt project.

Recife Area, Brazil

In charge of two Manufacturing units (third and fourth-largest plants) located in Pernambuco and Rio de Janeiro.Main Deliveries:• Change in manufacturing costs, moving from the last to the fourth position in the Region.• 5 years without a LOSS TIME.• Reduction of format conversion setup time from 5 days to 28 hours.• First supplier on the Planet to achieve 100% compliance in Coca-Cola's Global audit.
