Responsibilities: Managed a team of fifty students to successfully execute over $200,000 worth of programing ranging from graduation formals (600 participants), peer tutoring programs (300 participants), and first year welcome week (1200 participants). Organized a student referendum to allocate upwards of $150,000 of funding. Hosted six town hall style consultations with the public and created a referendum that engaged more than 30% of the 6000 person student base. Revitalized relationships between the engineering student body and the university administrative to successfully negotiated terms for reinstating $60,000 of welcome week programing into the Society’s event portfolio. -
