At NetJets I provided 24/7 support for all things IT. My responsibilities included Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, TSM, Legato, VMware ESX Server, SAN, Copiers, Printers, Cisco VPN, Blackberry Devices, BES, Exchange Server, Desktop Support, Active Directory, Phone Systems, and superior user support.

I provided 24/7 support for a wide variety of applications in an Enterprise environment. This included providing 3rd Tier support for over 400 Windows server systems and 80 Citrix servers that deliver over 135 Published Applications. I exhibited an ability to identify problems, analyze possible solutions and determine the best course of action to meet objectives. I worked intensely with several McKesson applications as well as GroupWise, Microsoft Office, Norton Antivirus and TSM clients.
