I manage the global transformation & optimization program in Corporate Security at Kyndryl, making sure that the multiple ongoing projects get executed within the agreed timeline, budget and achieving the desired quality levels. I managed a team responsible for leading transformation projects and for the management of Kyndryl's global Data Center and Office portfolio. We design and implement Data Center and Office optimization initiatives, control key facilities operation metrics and provide support for local teams on managing their owned and leased locations.

I managed a corporate security technology team at IBM. We designed, implemented and operated IT and security infrastructure services for 10 countries in Latin America where IBM was present. We acted on projects related to controlled access systems (CAS), image systems (CCTV), intelligent video analytics, sensors (IoT), cyber security, etc.

I was responsible for the maintenance, security and transformation of the physical infrastructure of the IBM's and IBM's client's Data Centers in Brazil. I managed the team responsible for the operation of 15 datahalls with more than 6.000m² into different locations in Brazil, supporting hundreds of clients. Identifying problems related to facilities support infrastructure, installation, update, configuration, operations, or performance. Understands hardware environment specifications, requirements, factors and options related to the interaction with the operating environment. Has knowledge of the client's availability and performance requirements of the hardware and software configuration.
