- Design, build, and support web-based software used by employees and customers throughout North America. Development is done primarily using the Django Python web framework on the LAMP stack.- Responsible for the setup, deployment, and support of 500+ mobile devices for employees and drivers and for the relationships with Verizon and Sprint suppliers.

- Managed a mature Scheduling team/solution and an emerging area focused on health plan integration- Created, maintained, and provided executive reporting on the project plans for the implementation of advanced scheduling capabilities and integration with health plan eligibility verification and benefits- Organized and led a special project to convert all of engineering to Visual Studio 6.0, which involved 50+ solution teams

- Led a team of functional and technical associates in providing specialized support for the Cerner Millennium® Scheduling solution- Implemented team policies and reward systems that improved the rate of first-touch closures and resulted in a low service request backlog

- Led the development of additional capabilities to the Cerner Classic® GUI Scheduling solution- Coordinated the engineering projects to implement the Cerner Millennium® Scheduling system

- Repaired client-reported defects on the Cerner Classic® COBOL and C++ platform- Created the initial design and prototype for Cerner Classic® GUI Scheduling, focused on acute surgery and ambulatory clinic venues- Developed with a small team the Cerner Classic® GUI Scheduling system using Visual C++ and achieved the initial conversion of the solution at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in 1997- Designed and developed the initial Cerner Millennium® Scheduling prototype

- Wrote Ingres 4GL software part-time during college on a seven person team developing a Human Resources system- Developed assigned portions of the GUI and database scripts
