- Selected as an executive founding member of the new IP PMO, focused on improving developer productivity, standardizing processes (planning, capacity management, engineering, project monitoring and reporting, risk and issue management, change management, configuration management), becoming the source of truth for all development project data, and ensuring efficient management and protection of Cerner’s billion dollar R&D investment- Involved in annual IP PMO strategic planning and held accountable to deliver on key objectives and metrics- Achieved adoption into the standard reporting set Earned Value Analysis (EVA) information for monitoring the health of plans at the task, project, team, executive, and organization levels- Chosen as the responsible IP executive to serve on the Cerner team delivering the solutions for the United Kingdom’s National Health Service (NHS) Care Records Service (CRS) programs in the Southern and London clusters (with Fujitsu and BT as prime contractors, respectively), which involved large-scale, multi-year planning of engineering projects, architectural documentation, and releases necessary to deliver on contractual requirements and daily liaising with Fujitsu and BT program management leadership
