I am a passionate and curious user experience researcher. Above all else, I love telling stories and solving problems. I have conducted research on both hardware and software, using methodologically diverse array of studies. In my time at Google, my research contributed to the successful launch of four products. I also created data collection protocols to train unique machine learning models for different products.At Blue Shield of California, I worked with many different lines of business and conducted research that led to the redesign of over a dozen different experiences. I have also contributed to the creation of personas and built out recruitment databases.
