New certifications like GDP , ISO 90001-14001 and ISO 22000were achieved. Stock Occupancy Rate increased from 43% to 72% and Outbound Delivery Hitrate raised to 99,97%. Aged accounts receivable reduced with 80% and the claims percentage brought back under the 0,1% target. Improved Customer- and Employee Satisfaction Surveys and relation with local authorities normalised. All audits (by Customers, Omgevingsdienst ) were successful. Strong support to the NTG's 2019 IPO. -
