I am an experienced attorney in corporate commercial litigation, corporate transactions, and corporate law teaching with a quarter of a century of practice in a variety of areas. I specialize in problem solving and resolving the details of business transactions both domestically and internationally.My clients come from a wide variety of communities and cultural backgrounds and I have spent more than 20 years working with people of Chinese and Asian origin.
