SmoothVoice provided mobile streaming of audio to mobile devices before the onset of 3G. In 2004, SmoothVoice achieved an annual revenue of $24.1MM and was then sold for 9 times EBITDA.

Created & developed a health fitness center. Opened a total of 4 regional area high-end fitness club each facilities. Each operated 24/7 and featured personal fitness instruction, salons, a food court, a child center, an indoor/outdoor pool and sublet retail space hosting complementor services such as protein shakes, fresh juice bar, workout clothing & accessory sales, etc. In 1996, total annual gross revenue for all 4 locations was $29.3MM. Sold all 4 fitness clubs in Feb 1997 for 10 times EBITDA.
