Backed by 500 Global (USA), Flat6labs (UAE), and Falak (KSA).- Co-created Madi, our flagship product, by articulating a compelling product vision with a clear product roadmap, driving its conceptualization, planning, and execution. - Created the product strategy by aligning systems, criteria, and processes across the entire product lifecycle and organization, emphasizing a Product-Led Growth culture and approach.- Fostered a culture of experimentation across our organization by leading product discovery and managing the development team using scrum through daily standups and 2-week sprints.- Successfully launched Madi on private beta by collaborating closely with 20 businesses for 6 months, prioritizing user-centricity throughout the process.- Achieved rapid growth with the public beta, onboarding 100 businesses within the first 2 months.- Implemented internal systems with tools like Hotjar and Internal.io to enable data-driven decisions across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention and to enhance customer experience.

United States

- Co-founded Aplyft, a SaaS enabled marketplace for online personal training.- Scaled the business from concept to product market fit with a 15% MoM increase in revenue in 2020.- Developed the product vision and roadmap across 3 verticals (SaaS, Marketplace, Payments) and 3 products (2 Mobile apps on IOS and Android each, and 1 Web-app).- Managed a team of 15 developers, 2 designers, and 2 sports scientists using agile (Scrum and Kanban) toefficiently optimize customer discovery, manage product backlogs and customer feedback, prioritize featuredesign and development, and product delivery across all 3 products.- Shaped the voice of customer personas across the organization by presenting strong user stories backed by data analysis to support the development team in sprint planning, sprint delivery, sprint reviews, and retrospects which led to a market share increase in 34 countries.- Demonstrated key leadership skills across a team of 23 in 5 countries by driving go-to-market strategies incoordination with the Marketing team and by creating a culture of experimentation using venture design thinking and hypothesis-driven development at all stages of the product life cycle.- Handled customer relationships and held regular product demos with customers worldwide notably the largest enterprise customer who had athletes and coaches located in 40 countries.- Collaborated in the fundraising process, recruitment process, company formation, and other legal matters.
