I've developed a comprehensive tech strategy and led my team in developing innovative solutions that streamline operations and improve community outreach.NavTeens Ministry Director - Mentoring youths, leading a team of youth workers, developing strategic initiatives, organised camps/events (2011 - 2015)As NavTeens Ministry Director from 2011 to 2015, I led a team of youth workers, mentored youths, and developed initiatives that fostered community and spiritual growth among our teens. I organised camps and events that improved our organization's ability to serve our community.

As a software developer, I developed and implemented software solutions in Java that supported the Air Force. I collaborated closely with stakeholders and vendors to ensure that software solutions were aligned with operational requirements.In addition to software development, I also performed system administrative work to ensure that servers remained updated and secure. This included tasks such as maintaining operating systems, installing patches and updates, and implementing security protocols.
