I have recently taken over the Multi-Language Sales team for Walt Disney World. In my newly statused position, i lead a team of agents that take calls from Spanish Speaking guest from all over the world. We handle not just resort reservations but can also assist our guests with dining and recreation activities to make their stay more magical. We also assist international Travel Agents as well. We are in the start of an era of major growth for the international community. I look forward to expanding our languages to include Portuguese and French.

I, along with Scott Gan, lead a team of 31 sales agents and 4 guest care agents. We make sure the team stays on task with their job and keep them motivated to exceed sales goals. We also do alot of partnering with the sales office in Paris and stay aligned with their sales strategies. We also do alot of communication with the leadership here in the Orlando Reservation Center to keep our team updated about things that are important to the leadership here as well.

Made magic for guest living in the UK that want to go see Disneyland Paris. I assisted them in making the ideal vacation come true for them and their families. I was always a positive influence for the rest of the team and assisted with sales coaching whenever asked to.
