1- Liaising and processing all kind of infrastructure NOCs. 2- Have sound command on all online portals for CDP, ITC, MEPs, eNOC, ADDC, NOIs, TPD approvals, IPS, UAE HUB. 3- Have sound understanding of all authorities processes, procedures and policies. 4- Good understanding of civil related NOCs like open cut, NDRC and underground utilities approvals. 5- Good experience in projects closeout. 6- Ability to handle review and respond to contractor submittals. 7- Excellent communication skills with all stake holders. 8- Good relations with most of the entities in Abu Dhabi region to discuss and fasten the process of submitted NOCs. 9- Time management ability and highly skilled in tasks prioritizing. 10- Have sound experience of relocation, Trial Pit related to different entities.

1- Perform local and long distance network analyses to ensure cost savings and network optimization. 2- Supervision for installation in new High Rise buildings, Schools, Shopping Malls, Hospitals and villas. 3- Following and applying NOCs and building permits with Abu Dhabi, Al-AIN Municipalities. CDP, TPD, eNOC, IPS, CDP NOI, ADDC NOI, ITC. 4- Preparing telecom drawings from approved architectural plans for villas and buildings. 5- Defined plans problems and resolutions and provided detailed reports to applicable management. 6- Audited and managed telecommunication invoices and resolved billing issues with telecom vendors 7- Led planning and implementation of company projects including participation in design and testing phases 8- Established service levels and customer requirements through regular interaction to determine needs.

1- Responsible for Design Drawings approvals and Inspections for all under construction projects in Abu Dhabi region. Team Leader for 10 Staff members. 2- Represented Etisalat in Abu Dhabi Municipality Permitting section as NOC Engineer. 3- Verifying and approving reports submitted by project consultants and contractors. 4- Planning and designing Etisalat Civil and Cable network using NE-GIS for FTTH. 5- Have complete command on all online portals for Abu Dhabi, Alain and Western region Permitting and NOCs online portals and systems. eNOC, MEPS, IPS, CDP, ITC, NOI, TPD. 6- Coordination with Area developers, Stake holders discussing and finalizing detail telecom plans. 7-As a site inspector/evaluator for ISP section of FTTH project. NOC for permission submitted by contractors & Consultants issuing building permits, Plan Approvals for High Rise Buildings, Complex Villas, Hospitals, Malls and other major and minor project 8-Expertise in managing operations involving resource planning, production planning, materials planning, in-process inspection. 9- A member of TDRA Guide lines team. 10- Strong relations with different entities like ADDC/TRANSCO/CIVIL DEFENSE/ADM in ABU DHABI, ALAIN and wester region. 11- Familiar with eNOC, TRA, Dewa, Etisalat, DU online portals for NOCs and permitting.

ResponsibilitiesExperience across the following technologies; Optical (DWDM), Access (TCP/IP, xDSL, FTTx) and passive (PON, GPON) networks; •Strong understanding of financial impacts to the business, based on decisions on infrastructure sourced to build network; •Ability to understand costs involved with network build such as pit and pipe construction, fiber and related component costs; •Strong knowledge of fiber transmission, premises cabling technologies and developments; •Understanding of telecommunications industry provisioning, maintenance and reporting systems; and •Understanding of GIS related platforms, systems and tools such as NE, AutoCAD Map etc.Expertise in managing operations involving resource planning, production planning, materials planning, in-process inspection. Have a viable & good knowledge of the NE Arc Map(GIS) software , using tool’s for OSP network designing(Access Network Planning ). Have Sound experience in using Various Computer software’s.Responsible to clear the Waiter (Service Order) in the different exchange.Have close co-operation with different related contractors, communicating with the Senior Engineers, attend meetings and give presentations about the work progress and to be done in future.Coordination and guide the sub-contractor and other agencies related to the new projects.
