Roger is the Director of New Business Development for Accurate Always in the Huntsville, AL area. Accurate Always, a leading provider of communications recording and monitoring recently opened an office in the Huntsville, Alabama area to serve its rapidly expanding customer base and respond to the growing demand for comprehensive recording solutions for defense, security and emergency services. Roger currently oversees the creation and fostering of new sales and alliances, for public and private sector customers, in this region.

Information Technology Consulting for Non Profit Organizations; This consulting involved diverse issues related to IT hardware / software as it relates to their marketing, operations and management. Clients include the National Speleological Society (NSS), Southeast Cave Conservancy (SCCi) and the Huntsville Land Trust.

Performed all in-service training and support for a major Alabama University. Supported staff and facility training for the University including courseware content and the conducting of ongoing instructor led courses and CBT. Instrumental in and conducted desktop application integration, training and deployment for university staff and administration for a wide range of IT technology including the university's business systems such as Banner.

Conducted day to day customer / user support for computer issues for a University environment. This included all kinds of computer hardware/software issues and problems. Supported desktop application integration and deployment for university staff and administration on a wide range of issues.

Performed contract work for Intergraph customers related to facilities management, master planning and business methods applications. This work involved the facilitation of various system integration situations and the development of the methods to support these efforts. These integration / consulting and training efforts involved computer applications, computer tools, work methods, data bases and operating systems for a number of different clients including the US Army Corps of Engineers, DPW and the US Navy Nav. Fac. Consulted in Courseware development including Distance Learning applications for DOD customers.

Conducted customer support demonstrations, presentations, consulting and training related to facilities management applications. Taught classes on many of Intergraph's products and third party products such a CAD graphics, Windows/Unix operating systems, workflow productivity systems and facilities management [MAXIMO] for corporate customers such as Coke-a-Cola and AT&T.

Defined and instructed different IT related courses including CAD and Intro to Computing courses on a part time basis. Consulted and Researched with Kendall in regards to the very first IT courseware in school

Provided consulting, training and support services related to facilities management applications including CAD graphics. This experience was in a corporate environment that required in-depth skills for efficient communications, analysis of situations, and fast turn around for client needs in pre/post sales situations. Did emerging technology research in IT for Steelcase as to how it related to the "Office of the Future".
