Redesigning of both current and new company systems and also the implementation of these new systems and methods. Moreover documenting new operational processes.

The project I completed during this period consisted of redesigning the internal processes of project management. This contained firstly redefining the different procedures of project management within the company. After that I redesigned the different processes corresponding with the different, newly defined ways of project management.

During my graduation internship at TB Brown I focussed on optimizing their order process and furthermore implemented some of the found improvements. I examined the whole order process and after that, with some improvements, I got rid of all the circulating bottlenecks.

During my internship at MAT Afbouw I primarily worked on quality management (ISO 9001) and customer satisfaction. I had to complete a ISO 9001 certification for the company and to make this possible I first had to review the entire primary process of the company and had to adjust it where neccesary. The input I received from my customer satisfaction research (by extensively interviewing different customers) which I did on the side, I used to optimize the processes of the company. To make these adjustments possible it was very important for me to continuously switch between multiple parties in different layers within the company. Finally I drafted a new strategic plan (on the basis of the Business Model Canvas and new CSF's and CPI's), by which the company could sharpen their long term targets.

At AB-AZ I was mostly working as a driver (both inland and abroad) for many different clients. I also coordinated multiple (valet) parking projects. Responsibility, punctuality and satisfying the customers were of great importance during these activities.

At Vermaat I worked mainly as a server in two connected locations of the company. On these locations I also worked in the order preparation and kitchen. On the locations of Vermaat it often was very busy. For this reason a good work attitude and a firm work pace was required. At Vermaat I mostly learned how to work hard and efficiently.
