Als geen ander weet ik dat het binnen Facilitaire Zaken gaat om het managen van verwachtingen en ambities terwijl de basis veelal nog niet op orde is. In de afgelopen 10 jaar heb ik de focus gelegd om eerst de basis op orde te krijgen. Weten wat je doet, dat goed doen om vervolgens de volgende stap te zetten. Ik houd van uitgangspunten vaststellen, die voor ogen houden en samen met de klant doelstellingen bepalen om na te streven.
