He leads global programs including restructuring of ventures, project acceleration and performance improvement.Rogier helps companies with exceptional challenges to achieve outstanding results. He is able to bring sharp focus in complex situations, and creates strong connections within the company. Rogier holds a MSc degree in Business Administration, specialized in Change Management and Innovation. He is a guest lecturer at the Erasmus University / Rotterdam School of Management.Rogier works with small and large groups, inspiring audiences of 7 to 700 people.
