Alliance Tech was successfully acquired by Cvent (a Vista Equities Company, NASDAQ: CVT) where Mr. Lewis worked in its Enterprise Onsite Solutions Software business. Before that, Mr. Lewis co-founded Team Tech International, an IT Service and Support company where he was COO. Mr. Lewis worked for International Business Systems (IBM) earlier in his career.
