I am a technical lead of software developers who work on both the front-end and back-end of our products, so I have to make important technical decisions that ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and solve our clients business problems. For that reason, I have to communicate with clients on a daily basis to ensure that their needs are met and that the development process is running smoothly.Apart from these skills, I also have the responsibility to take part in the interviewing process for new prospective candidates and work as a mentor for our .NET interns.
