Key features: • management (planning, organization, motivation, control and coordination) of all HR-processes (procedural and profile) in the company, both strategic and tactical level. • participation in the formulation and implementation strategy of IC, business planning and budgeting, including personnel costs.

Key responsibilities: • Participate in the development, updating and implementation of personnel policies of the enterprise. • Review of personnel work in the enterprise, development of measures to improve the functions of personnel management, organization and maintenance of staff records. • Organize and support the formation and improvement of systems of search, selection and adaptation of personnel at the plant. • Planning for staffing needs.Enforcement of labor laws in HR processes, including the mass release of personnel. • Organisation of the estimation of competence of managers, professionals, specialists and technical staff of the enterprise. • Direct participation in the development of new and improving existing business processes of personnel management at the plant: regulation, control of the operation and effectiveness. • Work with personnel reserve of the enterprise: the formation and actualization. • Management of personnel costs, fixed for the department.
