Rohit is currently a co-founder at Sentenai, a software infrastructure startup that automates data engineering for machine learning and predictive applications. Rohit has served as a Director at Techstars Boston, where he helped select, invest, and mentor companies through the accelerator program. Previously, Rohit was a co-founder of Grid Sensor, a startup providing mobile and software solutions for the utility market. In this role, Rohit provided overall direction in business and product development. Rohit was Director of Business Development at Payfone, where he managed partnerships with large digital merchants.Rohit also worked as a venture capitalist at Opus Capital, where he sourced and evaluated early-stage investment opportunities, specifically in the mobile, infrastructure, and SaaS spaces.Prior to Opus, Rohit worked at Accenture, where he was a software engineer and project manager for various companies in the telecommunications, energy and software sectors. Rohit holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a minor in Political Science.
