• Redesigned safety valve R1 via SolidWorks to improve the valve functionality and acquired S.P.G.C (South Pars Gas Company) validation as the customer;• Supervise drafting team to control 3D models and 2D drafts for product engineering and quality control (QC) departments utilization that manufactured the products as the customer demands;• Systematize, specialize and, implement ISO/TS 29001 (PLM) successfully and acquired the license from TUV INTERCERT.

• Provide 3D modeled and measured various types of mechanical components via SolidWorks to generate 2D drawings that assist manufacturing department to meet customer requirements;• Negotiate with QC (quality control) depart. and product engineering dept. to get feedbacks and revise the drawings and tolerances;• Remodel SAIPA platform back wiper motor assembly to improve functionality;• Calculate the gears of HVAC actuator of Peugeot 405 and redesigned the product to increase the noise of operation;• Design, calculate and construct checking fixtures and gauges regarding CNOMO GE40 to be insured that the product is coincident to customer requirements completely.
