• 24/7 monitoring of the M&E Infrastructure for BT ON Net Sites/ Data centres distributed across Germany• Evaluating incoming alarm status, alerts and manage these alerts according to alarm plans and pre-given routines• Initiating counteractions according to alarm plans and pre-given routines• Direct Interaction with BT staff, suppliers, vendors and customers in the case of incidents or arming/ disarming-routines• Managing the corrective maintenance (fault & repair) process, guiding and supervising the local suppliers and BT staff until the fault is completely fixed• Actively support the M&E related Planned Works process • Administration of the physical Site Access process• Operating the monitoring and alarm visualization systems for the different countries• Intake of Alarm and status messages M&E related via phone and email• Evaluating these incoming alerts and alarms and act according to the alarm-task-description• Managing M&E related incidents within given time frames and Service level agreements• Continuous review of the alarm-task-descriptions and optimize and improve these processes• Support regular reports about incidents, alerts, managed Planned Works and physical Site access.

Active contribution in the Rolling stock testing as per international standard with Supplier and also involved with RDSO(Research Design And Standards Organisation). team for Oscillation trials, EDB trials etc. before starting of revenue service of Mumbai metro line- 2A-7.❖ Concocting, arranging the Rakes for CMRS inspection and Certification.❖ Certifying the train fitness for passenger services after completion of themaintenance work and rectification of hitches in the Rolling stock & S&T system 2❖ Enumerate T&C report, Witness reports, Service Failure reports, DPR, MPR & closure of EIR.❖ Manage and maintain T&C Procedures, T&C documentation.❖ Generate reports of the T&C as well as the various ongoing site work.❖ Active engrossment in the preparation, Planning and scheduling ofvarious Rolling Stock and Signalling testing.❖ Performing various modifications on the Vehicle control circuit (VCC) asper the R&D, T&C, Client requirements.❖ Planning process and preparing documentation related to unloading andassembly of train.❖ Preparing the trains for the mainline Dynamic Propulsion and Brakingtests as per ERTS procedure.❖ Co-ordinating with various vendors for the functional tests, Type tests,Routine tests as per standards.❖ Troubleshooting all types of snags related to Rolling stock and S&Thardwire systems in the Initial Testing period.❖ Preparing Rolling stock maintenance procedure, work methodstatement.❖ Resolving the hitches related to Signalling &Telecom systems.❖ Verification of HECP modification on Mainline along with the GC and Client.❖ Attending the Mainline Service Failure in accordance with urgency.❖ Strategic planning and coordinating with PPIO for Induction of Rakes onMainline as per priority.❖ Certifying the train fitness for passengers after completion of themaintenance work and rectification of hitches in the Rolling stock & S&T system.
