I'm a SOC Analyst driven by a deep-rooted understanding of networking fundamentals and security protocols. I possess a comprehensive understanding of cyber threats, encompassing various attack types and vectors, coupled with adept knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and proxy servers. Furthermore, my hands-on experience includes investigating on Security solutions like firewalls, WAF, and Endpoint Security solutions such as IPS/IDS, EDR, and antivirus software. A few of the technology I have hands-on experience are Q-Radar, CrowdStrike, NetScope, Proofpoint, WatchGuard Firewall.In my role, I navigate the intricate responsibilities intrinsic to a SOC, leveraging my familiarity with commonly used logon types, Windows event logs, and IDs. I'm equipped with exposure to MITRE ATT&CK for threat hunting and adept at following the Cyber Kill Chain model for proactive threat mitigation. My commitment lies in not just understanding cyber threats but proactively combating them.
