I worked as a Fitness Attendant for University of Michigan Recreational Sports. Responsibilities included observing participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement, explaining and enforcing safety rules and regulations governing sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment, and maintaining fitness equipment, maintaining equipment inventories, and storing, or issuing equipment as needed.

Worked as an Entrance Monitor for University of Michigan Recreational Sports. Main responsibilities included swiping people in, checking for proper identification at the entrance, and issuing guest passes when applicable.

In the Summer of 2015, I interned at Honey Farm Coffee Estates. This included assisting in the evaluation of the estate for certification by ‘The Rainforest Alliance’ and identifying gaps in the coffee farm operations and recommended measures to overcome these deficiencies that led to a 20% higher remuneration for the farmer. In addition to this, I assisted in the survey of the 100 acre coffee estate for installation of drip irrigation systems, determined the pump capacity required for water and liquid fertilizer distribution while taking into account the hilly terrain, assisted the agronomic team to understand and develop fertilizer recipes for coffee plants based on the physiological stage of the crop, and finally, studied how to avoid precipitation of fertilizer in the drip pipes due to the mixing of incompatible chemicals.

In the summer of 2015, I worked closely with employees of The JobCorp to develop, write, and evaluate a business plan for an online charity donation platform. This included performing market research such as cold calling various companies and even creating a questionnaire. Eventually, the questionnaire results were analyzed and helped in the design of the aggregate website
