7+ years of experience (Including 2 Years of LabVantage Implementation Experience) with proficiency in Business Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Business Process Modeling, Change Management, Application Development & Release Management in diverse business domains.• Adept at eliciting business and functional requirements through 1-1 meeting, interviewing session, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.• Experience in documenting detailed requirements, user stories, business processes and technical specifications for both custom and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systems.• Good understanding of Unified Modeling Language. Experience in analyzing and creating Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Business Flow Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams.• Expertise in developing Test Scenarios and executing Test Cases at all stages including Functional Testing, System Testing and Regression Testing, as well as maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrices for baseline documents.• Experience in conducting Gap Analysis using AS-IS and TO-BE diagrams.• Expert in facilitating and defining the entire Testing Life Cycle and experienced in managing the User Acceptance Test (UAT).• Experience deploying and supporting Labvantage LIMS. Expertise in creating and managing Master Data in support of preparing, reviewing, approving, and implementing system changes and enhancements. Understanding and knowledge of Labvantage Workflow Designer, Array Management, BioBanking, Reagent Management and Configuration Tools.• Proficient using Project Management tools like Microsoft Project, HP Quality Center, Atlassian JIRA etc. Experience with SQL and relational databases.
