Collaborated with four friends to launch Markhint. Took on roles centered around UI/UX design and frontend web development; also developed Python algorithms using OpenCV for image classification. Expanded the user base to 60,000 students and teachers from 145+ countries, including several schools using it in their teaching curriculum.

Interviewed stakeholders for system requirements, understood user satisfaction levels, undertook UI/UX research & design, built design prototypes, developed system using contemporary web technologies like Next js and Sanity CMS. Performed alpha testing, curated user documentation, ensured search engine optimization. Further expanded the site with an ecommerce section for merchandise with a secure payment gateway built using RazorPay.

Recruited to develop the website of a local MUN conference using React. My first live project, I collaborated in a team where I designed & developed web pages. I further developed an internal system for facilitating communication with 400+ applicants. Learned version control w/ GITHUB & the joy of collaboration that led to Markhint.
