Involved in Planning, Managing and Engineering of different Maritime structures and to prepare Pre-Feasibility, Detailed Technical Report and Traffic Study for developing Maritime structures like Ports, Terminals and Logistic Parks which includes basic engineering to detail engineering stages along with traffic study details (estimating quantities and cost of materials, generating detail development layouts for marine facility by analyzing various survey reports like hydraulic modelling study, bathymetry study, tide and current measurement study and also the maps of location, aerial photography and other topographical and geologic data to plan marine projects) and working efficiently with the team members, gathering client's requirements and planning accordingly and supporting the organization working as a front end engineer.

Planning, execution and calculation of all general construction and restoration activities and testing. Dealing with works like column and beam jacketing work, footing repair work, slab repair work and all general construction activities. Tracking progress of project weekly and monthly against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Developing action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule. Developing all facets of Project Management involving manpower budget & deployment schedule, project execution budget, project planning and project cash flow.Preparing communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep management and project resources informed and facilitating project meetings.
