CurrentContributing to the high-profile Address the Bay project by EMAAR, a luxury development within the prestigious Emaar Beachfront community, valued at 862 million AED, ensuring high standards of technical coordination and execution.1.Review IFC and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.2.Prepare detailed shop drawings for structural elements such as core walls and coupling beams with steel plates.3.Coordinate closely with subcontractors, particularly MEP teams, to align construction activities and resolve technical issues.4.Raise RFIs (Requests for Information) to consultants to clarify design and technical queries, and participate in meetings with them to discuss solutions and project progress.5.Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
