Analysis etc; Forming strong vendor base for Fiat India Automobiles Ltd. by carrying out Commercial Assessment and audits.Formulating sourcing strategies for phase wise localization of car.Sourcing of parts for car in commodities like Plastics, Door Seals, Sheet Metals etc.Commercial negotiation and part price settlement with suppliers for new development.Quarterly Raw material indexing and DMC control for already sourced parts.ODM/ECN implementation to improve customer satisfaction.Value Analysis / Engineering ideas implementation with the help of R&D & SQE.Implementing Fiat Purchasing/sourcing process for the JV.Finalization of supplier meeting targets of QCDD (Quality, Cost, Delivery & Development Lead Time).Kicking off of APQP with respective vendors.Design feasibility studies, Technical review with suppliers. Monitor part wise Project Development plans as per milestones agreed. Extend support to spare part division in finalization of price for after sales requirement. Interact & support Materials department for planning component packaging and bin quantity to suit FIAL Business System.Presently into Global Supplier Development supporting Fiat Group Automobiles for there New Project requirements.Parts Presently handling - Car Exteriors - Door handles, Mirrors, Seals, Glass, Fuel Lines, Washer Systems, Fuel Tanks etc.

Project Planning , Machinery & Tools Planning for New ProjectsProcurement of Fix Asset (Machines & SPM's) require for New Project Rate Negotiations with Machine Makers.Documents Preparation & Submission - Process Sheets, Process Flow Chart, Tooling Plan, C.S.R.
