The objective of Project Unity is to implement one global Freight Forwarding Process and Platform, and support an average productivity improvement of 15% in Operations globally. The implementation will transform the Freight Forwarding business, and covers an IT and process implementation, as well as significant focus on Change Management to ensure the vision of global standardization is achieved. The Global Operations Platform will be implemented in around 200 offices and to about 3500 end users.

Global Implementation of SAP operational and financial platform.Ensure SAP solution meets critical business requirements for responsible clusters and regions. Engage business stake holders.Establish correct interpretation and application of the identified business requirements in SAP and provide Configuration Teams with input to enable correct configuration of the system.Prepare and lead process validation workshops.Identify GAPs and business requirements within the Standard SolutionEnsure System Integration Testing is completed, and all open issues are resolved.Ensure successful data migration to SAP.Assist in problem resolution during Hyper-care period.

Managed a team of 10 staff coordinating all centralised operational finance activities including invoicing, job costing, performance monitoring and reporting for our Supply Chain Management business. This includes reviewing and improving all business processes within this team.

Responsible for the Implementation of SAP operational and financial platform in the Oceania region for our Supply Chain business - 4 offices with 160 staff.

Responsible for day to day operations and client development for key accounts within our Supply Chain Management department.
