Current• Handling the Recruitment Life Cycle- Sourcing, Short-listing Profiles, Candidate Tracking, Initial HR interviews, and Follow-ups.• Analysis on the Technical requirements, preparation of the plan of action along with Business Competency heads and Managers.• Screening and short listing of resumes, scheduling and co-coordinating for the interviews with Interview panel and line staff.• Conducts telephonic interviews, as a part in initial screening, would take care of the HR Issues like Present Employer, Education, Current CTC, Location Preference, etc.• Participate in all the Special events and weekend walk in interviews, screening & coordinating for technical interviews for different Technical skills.• Full Life-Cycle Recruiting experience generating understanding the opening, sourcing the right candidate, technical interviews, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the relationship with client and consultants.• Get the requirements from the Account manager and Work on them and get them served. Make sure that each requirement is being served in the minimum amount of time.• Sourcing and Screening the candidates as per the requirements over web/email/phone - involves searching for qualified candidates on various job boards as provided by the Recruitment Manager.• Conducting initial telephonic interviews and identifying the good candidates.• Coordinating appointments between qualified candidates and technical interviewers.• Negotiating salary/rate with candidates or with third party vendor companies as and when required.• Maintain excellent relationships with clients & tier 1 vendors.• Submitting the candidates resume to the client and scheduling the client interview.• Follow up with the candidate and client after the interview and maintain excellent relationships.• Getting the paper work done on time for contracts.• Experienced in sourcing candidates for both consulting and permanent positions.
