I have 5+ years of experience in iron ore pelletization plant process and operations. Working as shift incharge of cold zone, Balling disc. Sound knowledge of hot zone Traveling Grate, Kiln and Cooler.PRODUCTION PLANNING • Plan the production activities based on available qualityand quantity of input raw material.• Evaluate the requirement of input raw material based on shift production plan.PROCESS MANAGEMENT • Decide on process parameters in co-ordination with Control Room Engineers to maximise production of quality pellets for a given quality of raw material and monitor the same. • Collect data of critical equipment’s performance to optimize its utilization.• Analyse quality reports and take necessary corrective actions to ensure conformance to specification.• Anticipate potential problems with equipment’s and take corrective actions in coordination with maintenance departments (Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation).• Based on seriousness of equipment breakdown, decide on whether to continue production activities or shutdown the plant after consulting Head (operations) and Head (Production).• Measure and Monitor the efficiency of various operational equipment’s and facilities.• Implement and check the adequacy of environmental noms and safety practices.
