• Responsible for support delivery for Commerce related topics that involves Azure Platform services, Technologies, subscription and offerings, and the Azure billing platform.• Responsible for the assisting the customer for Azure portal issues which comprises of managing the Azure Subscription and Billing Platform and assisting on subscription issue like subscription transfer, data migration, access control, deletion and activations of subscription along with billing queries about usages and refunds of invoices• Handling the RBAC access issue (Identity Management) on multiple orders like resource group, subscription and Azure Active directory.• Responsible for support delivery for Commerce, and work directly with customers (Enterprise customers/Microsoft Partner Network/Cloud Solutions Provider) to resolve queries related the Azure billing platform and subscription management through various support offerings.• Handling Premier (Enterprise) and Pro-Direct contracts / customers (highest level of support contracts).• Additionally worked in the Azure Sponsorship Support where I was responsible for assisting the customer in activating the sponsorship, sponsorship adjustments, and entitlement transfer s along with subscription offer conversion around multiple sponsorship programs offered by Microsoft.
