Six plus years of experience in the M&A advisory space, managing correspondence, project-management, and a great eye for detail. At present, extensively involved in M&A and transaction advisory, family office set-ups and investments, along with the end-to-end implementation of the said initiatives / projects. Key responsibilities include - a) Active role in developing corporate expansion / diversification strategiesb) Front-ending negotiations / discussions with potential counterparties for strategic collaborations / M&A transactions c) Evaluating M&A / investment opportunities from a commercial / risk perspective d) Preparation & presentation of financial models for identified M&A / investment opportunities e) Engaging with investment bankers for potential M&A / investment opportunities and with external advisors for structuring / diligence exercise(s)f) End-to-end execution for a transaction life-cycle including preliminary diligence, overseeing documentation, and regular monitoring of project timelines
