Elected to manage a 150-member organization and spearhead publication and pre-professional initiatives on interdisciplinary economics topics designed to foster interest and accessibility to the field of economics. Responsibilities include facilitating interactive discussions with bankers, professors, and private equity professionals to motivate students to pursue careers in finance. Additionally, I am working on building out the Economic Weekly, a new publication focused on providing accredited information on Economics and Investment topics to a broader audience. The Economic Weekly interviews renowned faculty and investment professionals through partnerships with highly regarded economics institutions. Partnerships already include the London School of Economics. The publication will be posted in a multi-media format with short-form content on Instagram reels and long-form content on Spotify as podcasts. I am the founder of this publication and, currently, an advisor to the board.

Organize the data sets by demographics, e.g., hometown/ home country, age, occupation, gender, etc., to begin sorting and analyzing to recognize patterns in leadership definitions across different demographics. Aim to find patterns that associate certain traits with definitions of leadership, showing that people from certain demographics view leadership differently.

Interned at UChicago for the International Innovation Corps that ‘bridges the gap between innovation and impact.’ Researched and compiled a list of potential healthcare organizations (Non-for-profits, local government, etc.) in which a data scientist from the University could be assigned to improve their effectiveness through the implementation of data-driven solutions. Based on established criteria, targeted smaller organizations that had been gathering data and would benefit from different models that could increase overall efficiency and growth. Gained exposure to the impact of technology being applied to different business models to increase their effectiveness.

Working on two interventional cardiac research projects at the University of Chicago. Analyzed and took measurements with Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) imaging for the purpose of assessing the effectiveness of different methods for the angioplasty procedure. Additionally, engaged in quantitative and qualitative measurements of the Ulnar artery as means of assessing its viability for interventional catheter-based cardiac surgeries.
