•Reviewing and approving of Shop drawings, Technical submittals (Material&, Design calculations, Commissioning procedure & Method statements) as per project specifications and relevant International standards.•Coordination & Implementation of hospital Pressure philosophy as per ASHRAE Health care facilities and ASHRAE Standard 170 with coordination with the Bio medical consultant.•Participate for Testing and Commissioning of MEP systems.•Reviewing of the contractors’ monthly progress claim and approval.•Regular Site Inspection & Ensure the quality of work as per project quality requirements.•Regular monitoring project dead-lines and request for Re-scheduling works
