• Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Logging of Trouble tickets and following up of ongoing management tickets through to resolution and closure of the tickets.
• Responsible for proactive monitoring of customer Lan and Wan and MPLS.
• MPLS Loop testing from customer end router (CE) to the BT PE routers that sits across the world with various POP Locations.
• 1st Line troubleshooting with end user on Active Directory request/resets, cabling faults.
• 1st and second line troubleshooting on all IPT issues-devices
