This role is a key contributor in the Toyota experience, provides communication to guests on maintenance & repair needs identified, manages the Service Centre Ops & provides active technical support in store. It is a hands-on management role.

Led the service dept team & workshop staff, enhance workshop productivity; conduct daily service KPI reports, gross profit from labour sales, efficiencies etc ensure ongoing participation in Manufacturer training programmes; met Manufacturer targets.

Ensure smooth Dealership operation incl. admin, reception & workshop; Meet & greet guests; Prioritise & delegate workload; Credit control procedure; Liaise with manufacturers; Implement quality assurance policy & procedure; Maintain product awareness

Mail distribution from mail centres and post offices in the Cairns area; Liaise with Australia Post representatives; Extensive time management skills; Comply with Australia Post policy & procedure; Maintain Contractor security checks.

Employed initially as an Apprentice Motor Mechanic (4yrs) prior to assuming duties as a qualified Mechanic (7yrs). During my tenure I also took on the roles of Receptionist, Service Adviser, Reception Manager/Supervisor & Cost Office Manager.
