Seasoned Professional with over 14 years working experience, spread across Real Estate & Hospitality.Started my real estate career as an account executive (Broker) with Cushman & Wakefield in Bangalore, then transitioned into the transaction management and was part of the Transaction Management team of JLL managing Accenture's India real estate portfolio (~15mn sq.ft). During this stint, I was personally responsible for Accenture real estate portfolio spread across Mumbai, Pune, Chennai & Kolkata. Then moved to Bagmane Developers in Bangalore, where I was part of the marketing team, responsible for the entire new leasing & renewals across the portfolio, spread over the three operational tech parks.
