• Developed and maintained relationships with partner donors from various private and public organizations and managed their CSR projects through its life cycle of induction to execution to monitoring.• Identified and cultivated new donor partners (SBI Cards, Schneider Electric, ARAMCO India, GlobalLogic, Philips DA, etc,.) and worked closely with internal teams to ensure successful management and implementation of various partnership programs being undertaken Pan- India. Maintained positive donor retention of among existing donor partners through effective program delivery, fostering deep professional relationships and close communication.• Generated funding of over 7 cr. from the collaborations with partner organisations. These funds were earmarked towards the various projects being undertaken in support of boosting the livelihoods of farmers across India and towards afforestation and environmental conservation activities. Approximately 300000 trees were planted as part of this effort along with providing sustainable livelihood opportunities for farmers.• Monitored and evaluated projects and its timelines to ensure desired results are achieved. Oversaw the completion of the projects while engaging various stakeholders from all levels ( farmers, panchayats, forest officials, partner donor employees, etc.)

• Created and drafted various donor proposals and managed partnership programs in close coordination with external donor teams.• Worked to effectively collaborate with corporate donors at all levels and ensure that their program timelines are maintained. Multi-layered approach was involved along with close coordination of on-ground activities and community engagements.• Designed and conducted innovative workshops around environmental conservation, preservation and restoration for corporate employees. Gathered information and assessed ongoing programs and worked on providing timely and accurate reports on project progress.• Worked independently, as well as part of a team and helped in the creation of newer avenues (program models) for collaboration with donor organizations. Generated funding of over 5 cr. from donors for various programs tackling sustainable development, livelihood generation, afforestation and environmental conservation activities.

• Actively Participated in the hosting and organising of an Asia-Pacific Workshop on ‘Policies on Education for Sustainable Development’ held at New Delhi, and in the National Launch of the Global Education Monitoring Report which was followed by a panel discussion on the ‘State of Education in the State’.• Updated information of the Education Sector page on the official website of the New Delhi office through well researched articles and essays on change in existing policies and introduction of new ones.

Undertook a comprehensive research study on “Child Health and Nutrition in Print Media in India”. The project included both quantitative and qualitative data on the topic. The project was completed and submitted for the upcoming campaigns on Child Health and Nutrition in India.

Contributed in establishing of systems which worked with providing government schools in far out, isolated areas of Ladakh with the basic amenities and materials to continue with their education. This included setting up of libraries and playgrounds as well as bringing social awareness in these out of reach areas about the importance of education and its benefits.
