Worked along with a team of 2 interns on a community-based project to design a device from the initial concept to automate workers' physical packing of golf ball sleeves. Created the engineering drawings for the design layout by utilizing CREO in accordance with AS 1110 standards for the intended conceptual model within the employer specifications. Executed the mechanical design concept of a golf ball stocking device using SOLIDWORKS, CREO Parametric, and validate using CREO Simulate. The system was designed to minimize workforce whilst also enhancing production and quality effectiveness by 78%. Control systems, linear modules, uniquely engineered pneumatic valves, hydraulic pumps, actuators, axial compressors, and conveyor systems have all been a core component of design and computational modeling.
