Annual Compensation Review, Budget Planning and Deployment –• Anchored the centralized increment process for PE’s (entry level employees) across all India centers• Lead the recommendation process for lateral employees - preparation of unit wise recommendation sheets, deployment of budgets for the respective units along with C&B recommended increments, facilitated the recommendation process in adherence to budget.
