Worked as fleet truck and trailer technician at Active Transport Progressed to lead technician at Mack dealership during which I completed the Master Tech training coupled with pro path masters training through Volvo Mack training academy Canada and successfully completed. I Migrated to Ontario Redi mix and progressed to Afternoon fleet supervisor wherein I completed the frontline leadership training (FLP) I'm continuing to utilize the leadership skills gained in team building, apprenticeship development ,mentoring creating new training manuals ,conducting in house training on various components while working on several projects to promote safety using the 5S system.
