- Implement solutions and process requests for new infrastructure on the various Analytics platforms hosted on Amazon Web Services, Azure, and Google Cloud.- As part of developing any solution, must be able to translate the various business needs into technical requirements and solutions, identify strategic and financial impacts of any technical solution or offering as it relates to the available Infrastructure/Platform/Software as a Service (I/P/SaaS) options.- Utilizing Terraform and Jenkins, developing applications embracing Agile principles, with large-scale software implementation (high transaction volume, high-availability concepts), with Linux, server automation, and scripting, creating recipes with Chef, building cookbooks, and Ansible. Build AWS automated workflows using Terraform, CloudFormation, GitHub.- Maintain detailed functional and technical documentation for developed solutions.- Provide 2nd level operational support for the Analytics platform and Analytics team (WW) as necessary.- Maintain Analytics-specific solutions, including proactive and reactive maintenance, backups and recovery, upgrades and changes.- Remote support for other BCG Data & Analytics Center Infrastructure around the world as necessary.- Manage licensing of Analytics tools, including development of technical solutions to manage individual product licenses. - Work closely with Analytics Platform and Infrastructure Team on advancing overall platform and infrastructure.

- Design and develop reusable components, code, and document custom automation frameworks, maintain scripts, and update these items as needed to build continuous delivery pipelines, ensuring rapid availability of the applications.- Build AWS automated workflows using Terraform, CloudFormation, GitHub.- Transformation of established infrastructure using automation; Support building new systems environments, and upgrading/patching existing ones, through use of automation tools.- Assist in developing strategic technical/architectural plans for the SQL database and web applications infrastructure.- Perform and manage daily database maintenance on AWS RDS & AWS DynamoDB, monitoring and performance tuning tasks/jobs.- Deploy and decommission environments for hosted applications following established processes and procedures.- Monitor system and application performance to detect errors, apply testing procedures/methodologies (e.g., diagnostic/monitoring software) and provide interpretation of data.- Design large-scale infrastructure and its implementation utilizing advanced CI/CD workflows.- Utilizing Terraform and Jenkins, developing applications embracing Agile principles, with large-scale software implementation (high transaction volume, high-availability concepts), with Linux, server automation, and scripting, creating recipes with Chef, building cookbooks, and Ansible.- Work with application development staff to develop database architectures, coding standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures.- Assist with support documentation and provide input into standard operation procedures; Communicate state of production to Business Owner/ Upper Management.

- Actively supporting 50+ applications regarding their infrastructure needs into our Cloud IAAS (Amazon Web Services). - Managing AWS infrastructure including AWS services such as CloudFront, AWS S3, Route53, AWS EC2, Amazon RDS, AWS VPC, CloudWatch, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Load Balancers (ALB, NLB, ELB), Elastic Beanstalks, AWS IAM.- Experience in end-to-end EC2 server installation including RHEL Apache, JBoss and Tomcat, MySQL, and other standard sub-systems.- Working knowledge of HTTP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON to troubleshoot web-application issues.- Managing Azure Active Directory in collaboration with LDAP User Management system.- Designing monitoring parameters for Applications using CloudWatch, AppDynamics and Dynatrace Synthetic.- Analyzing server logs, application logs, network logs (CDN & Network LB) through AWS Athena, Splunk & Kibana.- First level of support for Active Production Applications. Responsible for 24X7 production support.- Troubleshoot & resolve major incidents through collaboration with development teams and central Incident Manager.
