• Implemented three TCP protocol variants Tahoe, Reno and New Reno in a discrete event simulation software called NetSim according to the guidelines mentioned in RFC 793, RFC 2001, RFC 2581 and RFC 2582
• Developed backend code of three congestion control algorithms- Fast Retransmit, Fast Recovery and NewReno's modification to Fast Recovery in C
• Responsibilities include testing of other network protocol simulations in NetSim like GSM, CDMA, Zigbee andMANET. The test simulations were run using shell scripts
