Closely working with hiring managers and business head's to understand the hiring strategies and parameters which were dynamic and implementing those for achieving the numbers.Lead a team of 12+ recruitment specialists for over 8 months where we closed over 100+ leadership hiring profiles such as Business Head, P&L Heads, Growth Marketing Manager's, HRBP's and Technical head's. Onboarded over 2000+ Sale's Manager's over the span of 10 months as a team by driving over 50000+ interviews. Also managing external vendors for our dynamic hiring requirements and the vendor payments.Also leading the employee refferal program to increase the contribution from this channel. Implementing different promotion every month to lure more refferal and managing the bonus through the team I handle. Responsible for Zendesk management as a additional responsibility to drive CAPA for the TAT manangment and making sure all the stakeholders are happy.
