In my role, I resolved employee relations issues, including payroll concerns, dissatisfaction, and exit processes, for over 700 associates, promoting satisfaction, trust, and transparency in HR processes. Through exit interviews, I gathered valuable feedback to enhance retention strategies and improve the employee experience.I also organized company events, policy briefings, and engagement activities to boost morale, celebrate achievements, and strengthen our community. Addressing employee grievances and managing disciplinary actions fairly, I contributed to a respectful workplace culture. I facilitated team-building activities that bridged departmental gaps and encouraged collaboration.
