CurrentI joined Madsen O'Dea Agnew as a principal in January 2018.I have a broad commercial and taxation practice and also have considerable expertise in insolvency matters. I provide advice to businesses throughout their entire life cycle– from incorporation and establishment, to supply and other commercial agreements, financing and PPSA advice through to the sale or winding up of the business.I have particular expertise in franchising as well as intellectual property, including in IT and software licensing, distribution and development agreements. I act for a range of private businesses (including those in the software, food, fuel and transport industries), farmers and property owners, as well as accounting, medical, financial planning and other professional practices. A large part of my practice is rural based with key experience in the agricultural and winemaking sectors.
