I’ve enjoyed a successful, diverse and rewarding career in Education & Training, Learning & Development, Workforce Capability, Industry Engagement and Project Management. Along the way, I have gained extensive experience across a range of industries which has given me unique insights, as well as a broad and complementary set of skills.My biggest passion is engaging with people, businesses and industry to develop successful, collaborative partnerships that deliver genuine change and capability uplift as well as productivity and performance improvement.This passion has led me to senior management roles within the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector, where I continue to apply and grow my leadership skills whilst focusing on delivering true client-driven training and development solutions.I am currently General Manager at JB Hunter, the largest Telecommunications & Safety training provider in Australia.
